Jeff Kramer: What's really interesting about this and why other companies should really embrace it is when you do sit down and talk to just about anybody,whether it's a senior leader or a line a guy that splices lines for us, the more you talk to people about the disability segment they say oh yeah my aunt does this, my uncle does this, or my sister has autism. All of a sudden it's like yes well that's what we're talking about. It's not just this little select group of people running around in wheelchairs, there's a large segment of people who have varying degrees of disability and everybody knows them and they're in everybody's family and it's in everybody's best interest to embrace this market and to do what you can to make their lives easier and to make your company a better place.
