In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October, Jenny Lay-Flurrie, Chief Accessibility Officer at Microsoft, penned a blog post about how “Inclusion Drives Innovation” at the company, highlighting its Autism Hiring Program as one example. “When we are more inclusive, our company, our products, and our teams are quite simply better.
